Miguel and Maria joined us on our sailboat last weekend, what a hoot! Maria shot this video on her phone and was kind enough to share it with us. Thanks Maria. The winds were blowing from 12 to 19 knots and we had a great time. Was some of the best sailing of the season!
I discovered something else last weekend too. Our boat shoes have lost some of their gripping ability. Do not fear though, in my my cheapness I found a way to reconstitute their gripping ability. What I did was to take a metal file and go over the soles filing away the shiny and hard surface areas. Took about five minutes and the soles are back to original. Saved some money and now I don’t have to go shoe shopping.
